Great tasting, melt in your mouth party favourite.
Don’t limit your use of spiced gin to botanical cocktails – add it to a marinade for steak. This is surprisingly delicious, and you can actually taste the gin flavour subtly coming through.
1 capful spiced gin
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons onion marmalade
What to do:
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate a good steak in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. Braai on a hot fire until cooked to your liking, and serve.
