Banking
We are trying to get an ATM service on site, however this is proving to be difficult. Most of our exhibitors will be able to process cards, but there will be some that will take cash only.

Food and drinks
There will be a variety of food available from freshly baked bread, meats, cheeses, cookies and pastries, plus much more. Soft drinks, wine and beer are available as well.

First Aid
There will be a first aid team on site.

Prohibited Items
The public is prohibited from bringing into the grounds alcohol, food, firearms (including air guns), knives or any other items deemed, at Security’s sole discretion, to be a weapon or an item that could possibly hurt or interfere with visitors

Disabled Persons
The grounds have decent pathways, however there are a lot of grassed areas that may be tricky to navigate and the viewing deck has no wheelchair access. Disabled toilets will be provided.

Lost children
Please ensure that all children under the age of 13 have on their person a contact address and telephone number. Parents are urged to keep a watchful eye on their children at all times – but if lost, youngsters and/or parents are asked to report to the admin office situated at the conference centre.

Parking
Public parking (run by Voortrekker High School) is available on the Voortrekker Sports Fields opposite the main entrance to the showgrounds in Chief Albert Luthuli Street (formerly Commercial Road) at R20 per vehicle

Located at the extreme northern end of Chief Albert Luthuli Street (formerly Commercial Road).
From Durban (via the N3), take the Sanctuary/Armitage Rd offramp; and from Johannesburg, the Chatterton Rd/ City or the Peter Brown offramp. All are signposted

Travelling time
The Showgrounds are approximately 50 minutes from both the Berea in Durban and Estcourt in the Midlands

Food and drinks
The Gourmet Food Hall will present a variety of gourmet food from freshly baked bread, burgers, meats, cheeses, cookies and pastries, plus much more. There are also several fast food vendors, restaurants and bars stationed around the Showgrounds. Soft drinks, wine and beer are available as well

Barrow Service
In return for a nominal ‘tip’, a limited barrow service will be provided by Voortreker High School to assist with ferrying of purchases

First Aid
ER24 occupy a permanent facility (Opposite the Stihl Stand). Ambulances will be on site for emergencies

Disabled Persons
Bona fide disabled persons will be permitted to park in a designated area on the Voortrekker sports fields but remain liable for the standard parking fee of R20.00. Whilst most facilities within the Showgrounds cater for the disabled, the showgrounds have yet to attain a target of total ‘user-friendliness.’ The disabled toilets are situated opposite the ticket entrance
